Cg150 Cg200 Cg250 Engine with Reverse Four Wheeler

Our ATV engine with reverse gear are available in 150cc, 200cc, and 250cc displacements. All models feature vertical-shaft, air-cooled, four-stroke designs, specifically engineered for ATVs, go-karts, and multi-purpose vehicles.

 

The 150cc go kart engine with reverse comes with a four-speed manual clutch transmission (N-1-2-3-4) and a 15T 420 sprocket, making it easy to navigate narrow paths or obstacles. The engine kit includes a 1P52FMI engine, intake manifold, kick starter, and manifold kit, and is easy to install. After removing the original engine, installation can be completed by following the removal steps in reverse.

 

This series maintains the vertical-shaft layout, with a compact design that enhances space efficiency and stability. The air-cooling system has been tested in both high- and low-temperature environments. It operates reliably in deserts, rocky terrain, humid coastal areas, and other challenging conditions, effectively preventing overheating and resisting dust and mud intrusion.

 

The series is compatible with a wide range of models, including popular off-road vehicles such as the Honda XR50, CRF50, Kawasaki KX, KLX, SSR, Apollo, and more. It is also suitable for go-karts and light multi-purpose vehicles, and can serve as a replacement or upgrade option.
