The 125cc engine with reverse gear that we have launched is a brand-new product, manufactured in Chongqing, China. It falls under the category of motorcycle engines, tricycle engines, and all-terrain vehicle engines. It is designed for use in ATVs, go-karts, and Coolster vehicles, and is also suitable for engine replacement and maintenance.

 

The engine features four-stroke, air-cooled technology, with the cylinder mounted horizontally at a 90-degree angle to the frame. It is available in three colors: silver, black, and gold. With strong power output, it can easily handle a variety of challenging terrains, such as muddy swamps, rugged mountain roads, soft sand, and steep slopes.

 

This engine has been widely used and recognized in many countries and regions around the world, including Japan, Germany, Russia, Algeria, Poland, and Nigeria. In addition, each unit undergoes 100% testing before leaving the factory to ensure reliable quality.

The integrated reverse gear allows vehicles equipped with the 125cc ATV engine to perform steering and reversing maneuvers easily in narrow or complex environments. According to user feedback, this function significantly enhances safety and convenience-particularly in areas such as forest trails or construction sites-reducing operating errors by approximately 30%.

1+1 Gear Mode:
This mode is easy to operate and ideal for novice users who are new to this type of vehicle. In leisure riding scenarios, beginners can quickly learn how to control the vehicle and enjoy the riding experience with ease.

 

3+1 Gear Mode:
This mode offers more precise speed control to meet the needs of experienced riders. In competitive or high-intensity off-road riding, users can switch gears flexibly based on terrain and riding intentions, allowing for optimal speed management.

 

(III) Air-Cooled Durable Structure
The engine's horizontal layout is paired with an efficient heat dissipation design. After simulated extreme environment testing, the 125cc engine for Coolster vehicles can maintain stable performance-even at temperatures exceeding 40°C and during continuous operation for over four hours.
