Engine Assembly Bearing

The engine assembly bearing is an important supporting component installed between the key rotating parts of the engine (such as the crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rod, etc.). It mainly plays the role of bearing load, reducing friction and keeping the moving parts running smoothly.

High Precision Grade
Our deep groove ball bearings support five precision grades: P0, P6, P5, P4, and P2. The highest can reach P2 level. The radial runout of the corresponding bearing during operation is less than 2μm, which is far higher than the common P6 level standard in the industry (≤10μm). A higher precision grade means that the bearing runs more smoothly at high speed and effectively reduces vibration and noise.

Strict Quality Inspection Standards
Each factory bearing is inspected throughout the process of size, tolerance, hardness, rotation accuracy, etc., 100% passes the factory quality inspection, and meets the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification requirements.

High Hardness
The bearing is made of GCr15 high carbon chromium bearing steel, and the hardness is stable in the range of 60~64HRC after quenching. Compared with ordinary carbon steel materials, its fatigue life is increased by more than 30%, and it is not easy to wear even when working continuously for a long time, thereby extending the maintenance cycle of the whole machine and reducing the replacement frequency.
