The mototcycle parts crankcase is an important part of the engine, mainly located below the cylinder. It supports the rotation of the crankshaft by fixing the bearing and closes the space under the piston to prevent lubricating oil leakage and external contaminants from entering.

High Strength
Our 110cc engine crankcase is made of high-pressure cast ADC12 aluminum alloy with a tensile strength of ≥310 MPa, which is much higher than ordinary cast iron (about 150–200 MPa). High strength makes the crankcase less likely to deform or crack under high temperature, high speed and continuous vibration, ensuring stable operation of the engine and extending the life of the whole machine.

High Precision
Each mototcycle parts crankcase is milled and drilled with high precision by a CNC machining center (CNC), and the tolerance of key dimensions is controlled within ±0.01mm, which is better than the general level of the industry (±0.03mm). This not only improves the matching accuracy with accessories such as the cylinder block, oil seal and bearing, but also effectively avoids common problems such as oil leakage and abnormal noise.

Strict Quality Inspection
We have introduced the ISO/TS 16949 quality management system, setting up five quality control nodes from raw material entry, casting processing, CNC finishing to final inspection and assembly, and 100% full inspection of key links. Each mototcycle parts crankcase is accompanied by a unique serial number and test report to ensure batch traceability.
