The motrorcycle cylinder head comp is an important part of the engine. It is located above the cylinder block, used to seal the cylinder, and together with the top of the piston, it forms a combustion chamber.

High Precision
The motrorcycle cylinder head comp adopts five-axis CNC high-precision machining technology, and the key mating surface accuracy reaches ±0.01mm, which increases the sealing fit with the cylinder block and valve chamber by about 30%, reducing the leakage rate.
Wear Resistance
The valve seat ring in the motrorcycle cylinder head comp is made of alloy steel and heat-treated to a hardness of HRC58 or above. The wear resistance is more than twice that of ordinary seat rings. After the engine works for 720 hours, the wear is controlled within 0.02mm, which is much better than the industry standard of 0.05mm.
Standardized Size
