Installation
The electric tricycle motor is arranged in the rear part of the vehicle and mounted on the gearbox on the rear axle. Due to the different installation positions of the motor, it is divided into two types: left rear and right rear. The power of the motor is output through the gearbox, the left and right half shafts, and the left and right rear wheels.
Installation requirements: good ventilation, easy to observe the motor nameplate on the whole vehicle, reliable connection, and no dynamic interference with other parts.
The specifications of the electric tricycle motor are selected
The motor transmission power should not be greater than the output power of the controller. According to the different voltage specifications of the electronic control system, the motor has 48V, 60V, 72V. Among them, 60V is the commonly used specification.
There are 650W, 800W, 1000W, 1200W, 1500W, 1800W, 2000W and other types of motor power. The matching controller is commonly used according to the power size of 15 tubes, 17 tubes, 18 tubes, 24 tubes, 36 tubes, etc., the larger the number of tubes, the greater the power of the matched motor, the stronger the power output.
